We don’t want you to settle for anything less than that you deserve & cherish for a lifetime!
Thus, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our customer-friendly Return policy allows you to return/exchange the product within 30 days of the delivery for a complete refund, no questions asked.
What qualifies the item(s) for return?
● Please make sure that the item(s) is in its original, unused condition & has not sufficed any damages or wear & tear after the delivery. Kindly note that this condition also applies for all the additional items like Free Gifts.
● All the items sold by Virica Jewels that are marked as "final sales" are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged/returned. These products include engraved or personalized items.
● It is requested to retain the packaging in its original state with all the paperwork including the jewelry certificate and other documentations intact.
The Customer-Friendly Return Procedure
● You can place a return request within 30 days of the order delivery by getting in touch with our customer care department (call: (+1) 318 479 0290 / email: info@viricajewels.com ).
● Once the request is successfully placed, a pre-paid, fully insured shipping Label would be E-mailed to you. You can get it printed & attach it to the top of the shipping box.
● Make sure to mention the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number outside the shipping box of the returned item(s).
● Once the items are re-packaged in their original state, feel free to post the article to us via UPS.
Please note: If you’re using a shipping label of your own, we’d strongly recommend you to make sure that it has been insured since Virica doesn’t uphold any responsibility for lost/stolen items in that case.
The Refund Process
● Once the return shipment reaches us, we’d notify you via a confirmation mail.
● The item then undergoes a Quality Check to be qualified for the refund, which usually takes up to 4-5 Business Days.
● Once done, we proceed with the refund (which we’ll notify you of).
● The refund can take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your bank account.
Please note: Returns are only processed on business days. In the event of festive days or National Holidays, you can expect some delay in the refund.
